Floor Heating Floor How To Choose?
- Jun 22, 2018 -

In cold winters, too low temperatures can have a definite impact on our work and life. Therefore, a good heating equipment is very necessary for us.

In the selection of various heating equipment, the use of floor heating is relatively high. When the floor is warm, it is necessary to lay the floor. In this way, the use effect of floor heating can be better guaranteed. Then, what kind of flooring is used for floor heating?

Floor heating requirements

Dedicated floor heating must meet stringent requirements: high substrate density, good internal bond strength, and water-absorption thickness expansion rate should be less than or equal to 2.5%, so as to ensure no cracking or deformation under long-term high temperatures.

In addition, the amount of formaldehyde released should be low, because the higher the temperature, the greater the amount of formaldehyde released, especially in the relatively closed indoor use in winter, more likely to exceed the standard.

The most popular of laminate flooring

At present, there are four types of floorboards that are circulated in the market: ceramic tiles, composite wood flooring, reinforced flooring, and bamboo flooring.

Tiles have good thermal conductivity, but poor thermal storage performance, fast heat dissipation, and low comfort, so it is not the first choice for floor heating.

Laminate flooring is also a good place to warm the floor, but it adds more glue during production, and the chemicals in the glue are easier to release when heating.

Bamboo flooring is delicate in texture and good in toughness, but the color and texture of bamboo flooring are too single, so only a small part of the families that use warm floor are accepted.
